Good company.
Great countryside.
Byway Xplorers was launched in January 2020 by GLASS Area Representative John, following his years leading the successful Wales & Wye Laning Group.
Today, BX brings together Land Rover and other 4x4 owners who value friendly days out, careful route planning and a shared respect for rural communities and the countryside.

West, mid and border country
Welsh lanes are our home ground.
Our core membership is spread across Mid & West Wales and the Wye Valley. Trips also reach South Wales, the South West and the English border counties, including Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Shropshire.

BX is a members-only club with a limit of 30 active members. Group trips are led mainly by experienced laners, and every participating vehicle must be fully road legal.

- No charge for driving your own vehicle on public rights of way
- Events organised through a closed Facebook group
Looking for motorcycle or ATV groups?BX does not cater for motocross bikes, quads or other ATVs. The Trail Riders Fellowship may be able to help with motorcycle enquiries.
